Always thought Debbie didn't get enough credit (and yes, I am aware that Maya and Debbie and others are composites of the real world players.)
In the context of this movie as a movie, poor Debbie got shortchanged on hero kudos. She was the one who "painstakingly" combed through thousands of tips and leads to find the real courier. Yet Maya got all the glory - meeting the big boss in DC, trip to Area 51, hanging at the Seal camp, and the reward jet ride to anywhere.
Debbie even offered to buy Maya a kebab, which Maya rudely turned down. In my book, it was Maya who owed Debbie a kebab or two or 5000 for that matter.
