It could end up a stalemate like the finale of Scream Queens last season. Both characters know each other's secret, so they mutually agree to push and both remain free.

I hope you're wrong and Lana lives. I would hate to see them bring back such a fantastic well written character just to kill her.

But we know that they find the evidence of Lee confessing to killing Mason the disclaimer said that all that we were watching was actual recorded video footage, so when Audrey and Monet watched Lee's confession, that's really what "everyone" was seeing.

Since Lana knows enough about killers from her past experiences, she'd see right through Lee and expose her in that interview, but I wouldn't be surprised if Lee emerges as the victor because I'm not sure they'd want to repeat themselves with Lana and let her be the surviving heroine all over again. This season could end up being be the first one to let the villains get away with everything and live to bring more terror in the future.

I only hope she gets hers in the end. They have to find the tape at some point

I hate her even more now and I still don't believe what she said happened to her first child. She's despicable. I am so upset with Ryan Murphy and this show.

I actually think Lee knew what she did and that's why she was completely freaking out.

Back to being Lee. It also seems she has no recollection of anything while being possessed.
