  1. RTR is real, as in folks are actually dying.
  2. But it fake in that the events were planned. The ghosts/Polks were meant to do it all.
  3. It's not Sidney and co who planned it though. Lee did.
  4. Shelby and Matt killed Mason. They let Flora get kidnapped. They were involved with the Polks, and meant Mason/Flora/Cricket/Elias to be sacrifices to the butcher in exchange for being spared. Lee equals scapegoat.
  5. Lee's missing 4 hrs was her secretly witnessing this deal and realizing her betrayal. Only she didn't let on what she knew.
  6. Lee let MRN happen to bide time while she planned reveng
  7. Once it was a success, she pitched RTR to Sidney to get everyone bad in the house.
  8. She made a deal with the Butcher, and the Polks (who were pissed that Shelby/Matt escaped earlier) for vengence So Matt and Shelby would be forced to confess before they die.
  9. Lee will be the sole survivor.
  10. The whole thing is really a documentary on her vindication.
  11. The only wrenches in Lee's plan were crazy Agnes and psycho Shelby.

I'm thinking this is the truth, Ann1115. Only, I'm hoping if there is really one survivor that it's Lee. She's the only one of the people in that house that acts like she has half a brain or isn't a jerk. Plus, I want her to be innocent and survive for Flora's sake.

OR maybe Mason was killed by something supernatural, and Lee is totally innocent, the RTR stuff is completely genuine and the found footage exonerates her not only of Mason's murder but the RTR deaths as well. Only it's found too late and she's already executed by the time her name is cleared.
