I'm still holding out hope that the Butcher and Scathach were played by stand-ins in this episode. I was really wanting to see familiar faces in those roles. I like the real Ma Polk, but she is no Franny Conroy.

At the end when they rolled the credits they showed the names for the "Real Butcher " and the "Real Polks" and they were unrecognizable names.

Is that confirmed? By whom?

They are using all unrecognizable (unknown) actors for the ghosts.
