They say that the last episode supposedly stands on it's own. It will probably have the same ending as the movie "April Fool's Day" and everyone we thought was dead will all run out and yell "Psych!"

My theory is it will be all a big scam with Sidney as the ringleader until then. At that point the ghosts will really come out.
