It seems most people are expecting this show to break the fourth wall soon with the actors of the dramatic reenactments. But I feel like this is a problem when it comes to Cricket.
If Coven is to be taken as real life in this universe, then it was assumed Cricket was playing himself in the dramatic reenactment (just like some think Billie Dean is playing Shelby), but the problem is that Cricket died in real life as shown by the reenactment. And this leads confusion as to the 'actor' who was playing him.
So, I'm having trouble linking 'real life' characters shared between seasons and the so-called actors of My Roanoke Nightmare. I'm wondering how they'll clear this up in future episodes if they do in fact break the fourth wall.

I think it'll be meta like Scream 3, be that a good thing or a bad thing, not sure yet. But all the people in the reenactment are def actors, and once Episode 6 starts I take it well see the people playing them, along with the real Shelby, Matt and Lee.
I can see Mare playing the real Butcher. And Kate Mara Playing Gaga's character.

You're confusing actors and characters.
Nobody is the same person from one season to another unless they have the same name.
We just went through this last season. Actors can play separate roles, some of them even play separate roles in the same season.
