While there is much that is risible about this film (and really, what other reason is there to watch it?), the part that actually cracked me up the most was the hastily slapped together "Festival Crowd". Ok, so a "festival" that draws kids in on spring break is standing on a beach in front of a black screen and uttering a half-hearted "woo" every now and again? I realize the film-makers (joke) didn't have many people to make up the body of "the crowd", but seriously, there were like 11 people there, and they were barely animated, let alone gyrating in delight or doing the froog.
This laughable detail was even more noticeable in the scene where someone (it may have been the meaty-faced Sheriff dude, although I was laughing too hard to remember) was "running through the crowd". You can plainly see where the festival kids were lined up in a row to run through to give the illusion of a crowd to fight through. This technique may have actually worked if it wasn't clear to the audience that there was NOBODY STANDING BEHIND EITHER HALF OF THE CROWD!
I wish someone near me would have an amazing festival like in the movie, so I could stay home and rearrange my sock drawer.

Just finish watching half hour ago. I couldn't stop laughing when the crowd started running around in circle. I do agree, it seem like they only had 11 people. But, I was mostly laughing at the bearded chubby guy with the red long shorts, he was in 10+ different scene. Like, he never left the beach. I think he stopped running, because, I guess he was tired or lost, he look right in the camera. He was the only one that really noticeable running. Best laugh for the day. LOL!
