<p dir="auto">I just began reading American Gods this weekend, and I have to say I think the casting of Ian McShane as Mr. Wednesday is perfect. Picturing him as the character while reading the novel is effortless.<br />
Btw, in the trivia section here, it's mentioned that the first choice for the Mr. W character was Nicolas Cage, but he turned the role down.  Thank god! That would have sucked massively.<br />
