Edit: I did return to the film and watch it in full, and Lords was even better than I'd thought previously. Heart-wrenching. She really understands her character, and empathizes with her, clearly. It's a beautiful performance.

I'm glad to see that she made something of herself. I read her book. She was exploited sexually at a young age which is part of why she succumbed to pornography. Why do people make such empty attacks? I see this a lot on IMDB and best as I can figure it is an admission of defeat - it's like the person knows they've lost the argument, but their ego is too fragile to accept it so they whip out some sort of childish deflection to make themselves feel better.
