I watched this coming off of watching American Mary, which I thought was a masterpiece! This movie however, I couldn't get into. The movie never really had any kind of direction. (and please don't tell me that's the point) I thought both sisters played their parts well. I get that the older one was nuts, and dreamed of death a lotbut besides that there wasn't much to it. This had A LOT of potential. The ending was a surprise,
but SHOCKING? No, the neighbor girl was tool, so you didn't care for her anyways, and Grace wasn't built up enough
this just felt so flat to me the high rating is SHOCKING to me. Seen too many of the "mentally ill teenager" this to me just felt like the writers took Donnie Darko, and said "how much more weird and beep up could we make it, while being less smart?"

I thought the build up was kinda boring, but the last act was pretty solid!
i was expecting her to be send to a insane asylum or something like that,so the last scene was a gory suprise !

"The movie never really had any kind of direction."
You didn't pay attention.
'Then' and 'than' are different words - stop confusing them.

You have found the results of what the film maker aimed at..endless imitation of different horror genres..going back as far as Carrie. I dislike Traci Lords for taking parts in all these substandard films to keep busy and send more money to the bank. She's a real whre star instead of a horror star.
