Nah, it's good if rich people spend money, instead of hoarding it. Think about it, the money isn't gone, someone else has it now. And they can spend it on something useful. The more stupid jobs rich people create and the more money "they waste" the better for the economy and other people.
Of course if there are real diamonds / crystals or something in this nailjob she can probably return those for a significant refund.

Btw, that Kelly Osbourne factoid is disgusting. That has to be the biggest waste of money I have ever heard of. Some people couldn't dream of making 250k for a year, and she's getting her nails done for that amount! That's literally throwing money down the toilet in my opinion. She could've gotten a nice manicure for a lot less money and donated the rest of that 250k to charity. Let's not forget to mention what probably goes into getting those diamonds

I had the same question. It sounds like the manicurist says her total will be "$460 for today." The only thing I can think of is maybe she had a swarvoski crystal manicure. Sometimes celebrities have real crystals or jewels glued on to their acrylic nails and it can cost up to tens of thousands. Ex. Kelly Osbourne had a black diamond manicure for an awards show that reportedly cost $250K.
