Not saying it was some kinda of rip-off, they are just similar.
"
Playtest
" was like "
1408
" in the eternal suffering and psychological terror, also years being seconds.
"
Shut Up and Dance
" got some similarities with "
Seeking Justice
", but not totally, just the thing of a network of people doing "favours", as i said, not totally similar, but have some things in common.
"
San Junipero
" instantly remembered me of the airing show "
Westworld
", that is inspired in an old movie, don't need to say too much about this one, if you're watching the show you know what i'm talking about.
"
Men Against Fire
" reminds a lot "
The 5th Wave
", to people who didn't saw this movie,
in it an alien race make helmets that show a parasyte on peoples brains, they said that those people are actually aliens undercover, the aliens are giving these helmets cause they are infiltrated in the army, that's the 5 wave, use humans against humans.
By now those are the episodes i saw, still one more to go, if i see some more similarity on this one i will update the thread with my thoughts. Also, i didn't had a deja-vu feeling with the "
Nosedive
" episode, if you saw a movie that have a similar concept tell me.

It's not an exact match, but there are some similarities to the 1980s Twilight Zone episode/story "To See the Invisible Man". You can watch it here;

Men Against Fire is almost the same as Outer Limits - Hearts and Minds. A group of soldiers has to take injections with supposed defense against alien virus. They're going to secure a mine where aliens are mining vital resource. Of course the aliens are just human employees of another company faction after skipping injection one soldier finds out. In the end they're all killed by the enemy soldiers. It turns out that the enemies have injection of their own and see them back as aliens as well.

Nosedive is just like the Meow Meow Beans episode of Community, a sitcom that used to be on NBC. The episode was officially called "App developments and condiments" and aired March 6, 2014. The script was credited to Rashida Jones and Michael Schur, both who worked at NBC (Parks and Rec) around the same years as Dan Harmon and are very aware of his tv show. I'm sure Charlie Booker is also aware of the premise invented by Dan Harmon and his writing staff several years before Black Mirror Season 3 began production. Nosedive was amazing but not original by far.

I just posed on another thread - Playtest really reminded me of David Cronenberg's eXistenZ. in eXistenZ, there's a group of people testing out a new virtual reality game in which they have to have ports implanted in their body to play. They go into another virtual reality world inside the game and the line between where the virtual world ends and the real world begins gets blurred.
