They show Steve holding a baby, what they DON'T show you is afterward Dr. Doom shows up (he's multi-universal remember), kills Peggy Carter and kills their child. Cap is so angry over this he joins Hydra and joins Doom (somehow Doom is disguised when he kills Peggy and his kid) later on to fight against The Avengers. What I'm looking forward to is if this is true a showdown between him and Bucky or Red Guardian.
