I understand this is some secretive thing - but at least show me a practice round for the Q&A and the serving portion. it's made to look like a sports documentary (one of the guys even keeps referencing baseball), but they don't even show the game, just the practice. Seemed really weird to me.

They are forbidden from showing any part of the actual exam. However, the practice tasting, theory questions and servings are meant to mimic the actual exam by people who have already taken the exam. So although you do not see any part of the actual exam youy are shown what it is like to take the exam.
