This movie is little more then a modernized rip off of Cannibal Holocaust. That isn't even the worst part with this movie, oh no it get's worse by him deciding to cover up his lack of character development, horrible actors, and dismal story development by just throwing gore and disgustingness at us even when it has no point. Didn't think it could get worse then him remaking his own damn movie with Cabin Fever but it did. Just a massive disappointment.

It's not a "rip-off", it was made as a tribute to films like
Cannibal Holocaust
(the director of which Roth knows) as a throwback to the Cannibal sub-genre. It's fine if you don't like it (I wasn't particularly fond of it), but don't act like it wasn't obviously done as a loving tribute and pretend he's just "ripping off" stuff to badmouth him.
And FURTHERMORE, this is my signature! SERIOUSLY! Did you think I was still talking about my point?
