Please post what time you went, how full was your theater, what trailers were shown, and the audience reaction.
I saw it this morning at 11:30. Theater was about 90% full.
Trailers:
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Tell No Tales
The Space Between Us
Split
Passengers
A Cure For Wellness
Live By Night
Office Christmas Party
Allied
The audience was pretty quiet, although someone brought a toddler who made noises at a few points. At least they were considerate enough to take their child out of the movie, though. I absolutely loved the film and it's my favorite of the year. 10/10

Trailers (my theater has 3 to 4 trailers at most):
Passengers
Allied
Some Christmas movie that looks like some Lifetime or Hallmark garbage
Theater was dead silent except for the little bits of humor here and there. Oddly enough same thing that happened to the OP happened to me. Someone brought a toddler who started crying. Luckily they took them out. Also, some jerk was on his phone at one point and it was really bright. Luckily, management walked it right that second and kicked him out.

11:45 matinee today, 50-75 people in one of the theater's medium-sized auditoriums.
Assassin's Creed
Allied
Office Christmas Party
La La Land
Split
Logan
Live By Night
The Space Between Us
No real reaction during but some buzz afterwards as several people chatted while the credits rolled. I was intrigued as it went along but ultimately felt it lacked an emotional punctuation. 6/10

Glad you loved it
I saw it today (Friday) at 12:45
Previews included
Split
Passengers
A Cure For Wellness
Office Christmas Party
Allied
And at least one more I think
It was like 40-50% full, which is solid considering other experiences I've had at this theater, and from the looks of it everyone was really drawn in. Myself included. This is a really great film that I'm excited to talk about and see again
