Should be the villain. I bet he really didn't die, like a lot of people have covered. Skeet Ulrich came back as some sort of Pseudo ghost, but I believe Stu made it out and faked his death. Now is the perfect time to bring him back. That was Kevin Williamson's idea about Scream 3. Stu was supposed to be the villain in 3.
