Thomas Middleditch spends about one-sixth of the movie naked, but there's really only one medium-shot where you see his junk clearly, the rest are extreme long-shots, fleeting glimpses and a lot of shots of his butt. There's way more penis on display in any random episode of Oz (and here it's solely for comedic purposes) so the "graphic nudity" certainly ain't what's holding up a US release.
It feels like a lot of stuff ended up on the cutting room floor, so a DVD with deleted scenes would be nice. For example, Middleditch gets car/clothes-jacked off-screen, which is completely bizarre since it's such a major plot point. Great cast, some bizarre situations and funny moments. Overall it's a memorable little indie though it's difficult not to compare it to The Hangover, which was the better film.

I've heard the penises are essentially supporting characters, so it'll be tough
