No. Crisis means Multiverse, so there's no need for all the Batmen to look the same.
Seems strange that he would look different considering Bruce surely had the same parents throughout. I suppose this means a black Bruce and a lady Bruce, though. An evil Bruce that actually murdered his parents would be an interesting villain for Affleck's Batman to face.
