I think being perfectly clear would be quite easy. "Martha Kent, save her" or "Stop Lex Luthor". There is a major "lame" factor with him just saying "Martha".

Well a cryptic message from the future is a common trope. I think it makes it more fun to see what Flash is talking about fulfilled in a movie further down the line.
Another cryptic thing was Lex Luthor talking about Darkseid and boom boxes. Anyone who doesn't know the comics will have no idea he was talking about. But that will all be given context in Justice League.
The movie set a lot of stuff up.

It seemed like an important message where there shouldn't be any screwing around making Bruce guess who he is talking about.
And the Martha scene is cryptica because, again, Batman has no idea who he is talking about. Just spill the beans.

That's not cryptic to us though. We know Him is Superman. We know Lois is the key because of her relationship to Superman. We know the other 'him' is Lex, we know who Martha is.
I'd only say one scene is cryptic and that's the Flash scene, you're question should have been "who is that guy?". And that will make sense later when they get around to that flashpoint/injustice story arc.
