There's two factors left out:

1. I actually really don't care about the Fantastic Four. they were a tired team decades back. so I can watch that and not really care how bad they botched them as opposed to seeing three of my favorite characters getting just ridiculously destroyed in the first live action film I've waited decades to see.
2. Fant4stic is only 1h40m which means less time to be immersed in suck.

Fan4stic was far, far, far worse, any problems BvS had feel minor by comparison. What they did to Doctor Doom makes what they did to Lex Luthor and Doomsday seem appropriate and wholly satisfactory and its screenwriting is ten times more amateurish and lazy.
The Last Airbender is equally as atrocious as Fan4stic, taking a great animated series and turning it into a big, unfunny joke, there's nothing to enjoy from it even on a b movie level.
BvS has its share of issues but it's almost an Oscar contender for best picture by comparison to Fan4stic and The Last Airbender.

I haven't seen the last airbender, so I'd watch that, and I'd definitely watch Fant4stic again over another showing of BvS. Fant4stic might have been bad, but bvs was offensive on every level.
