I smiled a bit when they showed the "cameo" by Chris Pine in the photo with Wonder Woman. Obviously they couldn't have casted him after this movie was made, so was the Wonder Woman film already cast when they were filming this movie?

I believe it was cast while this movie was in production. In any event, throwing that picture together in post-production would have been an easy task, considering all we see is Bruce reacting to it. You could put anything in there.
If you can't defend a movie without bashing another, you will be put on ignore. No exceptions.
