<p dir="auto">CS quite a good piece of political theory. paine used a whole bunch of different arguments and examples. i assigned this as a reading in american political thought class and then realized that the students were dumber than vienna sausages when they couldnt analyze Paine's arguments, as straightforward as those arguments are<br />
Jefferson clearly read this and shamelessly plagiarized without attribution. i assume by then paine had decided to take ownership and stare down the wrath of George III</p>
