oh lord.
he does all kinds of movies. the fact leslie neilson became a comedy star was an intentional fluke, as in, they cast airplane with actors from an era much different than anything post 1970's… there are no more actors like him, Lloyd Bridges or Robert Stack who were ultra-serious during an ultra-serious time…
putting them in a funny movie (with a dramatic yet funny situation) was the point of being ironic… having liam neeson, however, has no irony. he's done all kinds of roles.
