He's the best character on the show right now.

Snapper has been right since the beginning. He may be rude but he clearly is a good journalist and I am liking him a lot. Kara seems to believe that being a journalist is a piece of cake.

I thought I'd hate him but everything he's done has actually benefited her as a new journalist. He might shout a lot but he's teaching her more than she appreciates.
Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence.

I thought he was surprisingly civil to her, considering how hostile his character has been in the past. He didn't berate her he simply told her the truth.

Exactly! And unlike Cat he isnt a bully. I cannot believe that the characters of the show actually miss her. They must be gluttons for punishment and insults.

Snapper Carr is the J. Jonah Jameson and Perry White of this series. The superhero reporter mythos needs a challenging editor (Clark Kent, Peter Parker) to push them and be the foil for the 'man in the street' bias.
I do think Snapper Carr has better grouch than either, though. But JK Simmons was the best JJJ going.

"Police are on the scene at a home just outside (Town). No further details are avaialable yet."
Kara had more of a story. And, yeah, I'm also really loving Snapper Carr.

And rarer in RL than an alien. A journalist that remembers what the job is about.
