I may just be missing something here, but in the scene where Hideko tells her uncle that people stick out their tongue and beep themselves when they're hanged but her aunt didn't do that, was that implying that her aunt died from something else? Or that the uncle killed her? Or that she was still alive and in the cellar? I might be totally misreading this but it kind of confused me.
