.deserving of an Oscar nomination. His scenes as Tony were so well done. Aaron Taylor-Johnson was quite good too. I'd say Jake was stronger than Michael Shannon however and he was nominated.

I thought he was miscast and overracted on occasions. Watch Nightcrawler or Brokeback Mountain where he brought his A game.
