<p dir="auto">Anyone else think it could've been a great story? The quotes Rory got were pithy; all she would've had to do was intersperse them with Lorelai's forays and voila – story! Seems like perhaps the writers were subtly saying that Rory simply wasn't motivated.<br />
And Lorelai was right: All the hoopla about Rory's "lucky outfit" and that red dress so washed her out! It was completely wrong for any job interview. Right?<br />
