I'm pretty sure KC is suppose to be in stars hollow. They mentioned no bars in SH and the nearest being in Woodbury in the earlier seasons but KC doesn't appear until season 7. Chris was drinking there, left, and walked to his car clearly parked in the town square, that's where he sees Luke and they fight.
Since a lot of season 7 was ignored I'm guessing KC just never existed in the revival

The bar from the original show was called KC's and yeah I think it was supposed to be in Woodbury. It wasn't actually in the Hollow. I don't think the town was dry. Taylor was cleaned out from all the bike riders in town buying up his alcohol. That's just what he had left in that episode.

I don't think there was a bar in Stars Hollow. Whenever anyone brought it up they always said people went to a bar in the next town. That's where I assumed TJ had the bachelor party and where Chris and Jackson went to have a drink that time. I always got the impression that Stars Hollow was a dry town. Hence the old case of Zima Lorelei and Luke had to toast with.

And about that, since when is there a secret bar in Stars Hollow? What happened to the actual bar TJ and Luke used to go to? Or the Karaoke bar where they obviously served drinks?
