It's Logan's baby because they hooked up at the inn and plus he's the last person Rory hooked up with. So they baby is obviously Logan's plus we don't even know who the Wookie is.

Exactly show is setting up a repeat of events. Just as Luke pined for Lorelei in S1-4, Jess is now pining for Rory Logan is the upscale, rich father with a new wife & (one day) family and Rory has become her mother.

Logan is clearly meant to be the father. He's the Christopher and Jess is luke.they showed him pining for her at the end.
I didnt understand Rory's whole "cold as ice" talk with her dad until the very end when I realized what she was doing.

I agree, it's definitely Logan's- Paul's break up text IMO proved that because his reasoning was their opposite schedules. It implies they haven't seen each other in a while. And yeah the Wookie guy was too long ago.

I agree that Logan's the father.
Everyone freaked out that it might be Paul or the Wookie guy, but she forgot about Paul so often that I doubt that she had enough time to sleep with the guy. Also, the Wookie guy was in the Spring episode; if he got her pregnant she would have been showing by Fall.
