Mr. Terrific makes a comment that he sneaks GPS trackers into everyone when they don't expect it. This is supposed to be what James Gunn finds funny, ha ha.
That's exactly like drugging someone's drink…even worse, really.
Later on, he sends a drone (which he can send anywhere halfway across the world) to Ma and Pa Kent's house where Clark is spending time with his family to let him know his assistance is needed.
This implies Mr. Terrific has planted a GPS tracker on Superman. So wherever Superman is, even when he's Clark, Mr. Terrific knows where he is.
And, these little drones have cameras on them, so Mr. Terrific can theoretically watch Clark shower, masturbate, have intimate relations with Lois, any time he wanted to.
And there's this err of intimidation he carries over Superman that implies
I know who you are and where you live and who your parents are and if you **** with me I will end you.
I feel like Ma and Pa Kent's house is the one place he should go for privacy that nobody else in the world knows about, even other heroes that know his identity. It's his one safe space. And he doesn't have privacy there. He has no safe space in this movie.
It makes me nauseous. It's unnerving to me. It gives me PTSD flashbacks how creepy it is.
Never lose your desire.
