to liquid.  It<br />
is<br />
liquid.<br />
And when they're forming into a "solid" shape, that's arguable when they're at their most powerful, as they can suck victims into that metal, like the Blob. They're still fully "conscious" - or operational, when forming.<br />
It would break out of a bowl.<br />
They tried to freeze the T-1000, but the heat from the molten steal.</p>
