You'd think the birth mother might have mentioned a fourth to them but I got the impression she was kind of a mess ..
I just skipped through to find the bit about the murder and it was Bobby but he said all he did was cover for friends and by giving a false alibi for them he was 'pulled' into it.
So Bobby I think is the rich kid
Eddy the middle class who died
David the poorer kid whose dad they all loved and they said he held them all together

It could have been the one that committed suicide. He may have had some guilt over his false alibi that saw a woman killed.

Yes, I think they were all Jewish homes.
On one of the clips from a talk show they were on a member of the audience asks about one of them being involved in a murder and he said that he gave a false alibi to a friend or something and ended up being charged as an accessory maybe but the charges were dropped. I’m not sure which one it was but now I’m curious.
I didn’t see any mention of quadruplets and the photos of them in the cot as babies only had the three of them.

There is some interesting trivia in the IMDB. It claims one of them in the late 70’s got involved in a robbery and a woman died. For testifying, he got a reduced charge. It doesn’t say which one.

Yes and all three of them looked to be very close to that father and he also said that he would have taken all three boys if he had known. It was the poorer boy, then the more affluent boy and then the middle class boy who
killed himself.
It said at the end that the report has been released to Bobby and David but there is no particular conclusion other than what we see in the documentary. I still wouldn't put so much blame on Eddy's upbringing as it is the experiment that is ultimately to blame.

If I recall, the brother raised in the poorest home ended up being the most content and assured within himself.

I just finished this. Very sad what happened with Eddy but also sad that it is kind of left pointing fingers at his father being too strict as part of the reason he ended up as he did. I'm not saying that his father didn't affect his mental health but it was very sad listening to his father speak with what felt like regret. The big bad here is the agency doing the experiment, they are the ones accountable for doing what they did to begin with.
I suppose the sisters are also kind of part of the experiment too. The research and planning was probably quite intricate to place each baby with each particular family. As I typed that it actually felt even ****tier for Eddy as the 'powers that be' were probably rubbing their hands in glee when they found a strict school teacher type as opposed to the fun loving, poorer dad.

It is a sad story. It is good two of them are still okay.

Perhaps the situation was too overwhelming for him. That makes his death all the more sad though.

I know a woman who's a triplet… she's a sweet lady and very emotional. She may have had a mental breakdown at some point due to tragedy

These 3 boys were all in the womb together, once birthed and if they had been separated straight away they may not have had the same connection for each other.
As it stood, as sentient babies they were all in each others presence for a while until individually adopted out. They had their own special baby bond and hence separation anxiety as the doco mentioned.

So you can tell who is who? Wow. I know I can't. All three were super cute boys. When you see the three of them together horsing around and smiling, it's hard not to fall in love with them. They seemed very endearing.
A friend recommended it to me. Very fascinating. I'm glad you got to see it.

There was a lot of resentment going on with Eddy and perhaps a conditioning that he wasn't living up to expectations.
