I love serving my country.

Even the best of jobs, eventually gets old. And that’s not including asshole co-workers and bosses, that can can ruin an otherwise okay job. I think the trick is to invest as much as you can, and exit the workforce as quickly as possible. Much harder if you have a family. Fairly easy if you don’t.
Also heed dating coach Tom Leykis’s advice, and have an FU fund ready to go, to escape the really bad jobs.
