I saw a film sometime in the 1970s, probably made for TV, where a woman kept turning into a wildcat, or some kind of deadly beast. In the end, her husband must shoot her, in self-defence.
It ends with her funeral, and him crouching down, taking off his wedding ring and burying it in a couple of inches of dirt beside the grave.
Anybody know it?
Marriage is between one man and one woman, to the exclusion of all others.
