struggling households are set to get the latest £324 energy grants by Saturday, October 1.<br />
does this mean the payments are being rolled out all this week? or could it mean 1st October is when they start rolling out? The way it is worded makes it sound like anyone who is entitled to it will have by 1st of October, but when the first half was sent out to folks it took more than a week for everyone to get it<br />
