I'm trying to decide what to do with my Fire 7 tablet. My NOOK doesn't seem responsive in internet connection, maybe from not using it for a long time. I think I can keep the Fire 7 tablet, the cheapest one of its kind, just thought maybe the $50 plus things like more memory totaling to $120 + the cover โ€ฆ I wish I had more money moving to the group home. I tried to call to see about the $90 that was stolen from me, but I think it is busy at night. I also had figured there would be better support solutions for such a widespread product. My 1st NOOK broke, too, when I didn't use it a long time. It's too bad, it was like $170 I think, and my dad got it for me. I wish I got an iPod when he would contribute $200, too; there's a place in my new backpack for one. I got the new backpack, not very expensive, like $35, with a lunch section. It kinda looks like a nice purse, so I don't look wacky going out. I'm hoping if I get the Fire 7 it doesn't break. I do have coverage. The NOOK is a bit of a different experience, I think. I didn't use it much, unfortunately, such a hectic life for some reason now, worrying about different things like my health. Still, I have $900 + should get $90 back from what was stolen. I need to fix my electric violin maybe, too, $20 or $30. I might need a suitcase or 2. I need to mail some stuff for me to the group home, like $1 per pound? I have to ask about things, tomorrow, Monday, when places are open and phone likes aren't as busy if I am up early enough. I'm wondering why I thought/knew I needed the Fire 7, and I don't think it's so necessary. I usually use my laptop. An iPod would make me happier, too, if I get money from my dad's benefits and within a year from the VA, as my dad died a disabled veteran, partially do to being n the services. So, the NOOK internet also isn't working still. I was not sure if I should open the Fire 7 now or not, I'm excited and feel funny not sure what I will do or why. It's just sad I got 2 NOOKS that broke. Tomorrow, I have questions for the group home, too. I want to go to college, but only if I have money from my dad's benefits. Otherwise, I will probably work.

I had a Kindle I couldn't log into I threw away like in 2009.
I had 2 Blackberry cell phones, I think, too, with real buttons for the keyboard.
Yea, Apple is better at everything, it seems. It says at least some have everything set for school, which is why my dad got me mine, a gray MacBook Air, that should last 10 years.
I used the Fire 7 and it was good, just a little slow, but a best seller. It was cheap, but extra features were $120 total + the case.
I had another tablet before, might have been a Samsung. I've been through 2 NOOKS from Barnes & Noble, and they both malfunctioned. They seem to not work as well when you don't use them for awhile. I've had bad computers and even a very slow tiny laptop. I have a Chromebook that I use in bed, to be careful with my MacBook Air, but I'm not sure I'll stay that way. I have a horrible Windows laptop that is super slow, the cheap kind, kinda big; it barely works.

Iโ€™ve never owned one of the kindle style tablets Christina, so I canโ€™t really comment on them. I have however, had a Samsung Galaxy Tab S, for the past 6 years. Itโ€™s really old now, and is starting to develop problems. But it was trouble free for the first 5 years of owning it, and Iโ€™ve received much enjoyment, and use from it.
When my friend from England was out, he had a 12โ€ ipad. The extra 2โ€ screen size, over my 10โ€ Samsung, really made a difference.
By the way, the best, and most trouble free smart device that Iโ€™ve ever owned, was my second generation iphone. While I liked it in one sense, I never got another one. I didnโ€™t like having to be dependent on itunes, in order to sync files. But if you donโ€™t mind this, the Apple devices are better, in my opinion.
Look for a used Samsung, or Apple tablet on ebay. Try to get one thatโ€™s reasonably modern; say, no more than a year or two old.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

I've always heard bad reviews on "Amazon" phones and tablets.
The Amazon Fire phone that came out many years ago was indeed a dumpster fire piece of sht.
Shoulda got you a Lenovo, Samsung or even another "off" brand.
