I was in a club playing a horror movie for Halloween, and am really curious to know the title. No googling I've done for the clues has brought it up. Here is what I caught:
*I'm fairly sure it's 80s due to the hair and clothes
*There's a lengthy scene of a blonde girl holding a little golden box, which has a button she presses to make something come out of it

A young woman (looks very similar to Winona Ryder) is trapped in the house and discovers the mistress of the house is a vampire who has killed people. She runs through the house and into the basement, where she discovers bodies on beds, which move back and forth and into compartments in the walls
*Some hearts are ripped out of other victims, and a man's forehead is cut, too
*The blonde girl and trapped woman escape together and a strong wind nearly sucks them down into the basement again
Does this ring a bell with anyone?

That's it, thank you!
It was kind of hard to follow what was happening due to the club being so crowded and obscuring the screen. Somehow I thought there were vampires because of some blood-licking going on.

Sounds a lot like that. The bodies moving back and forth on the slabs matches and the gold box is either Hellraiser or a rip off of it.
Vampires dont fit, but maybe they just remembered wrong.

Sounds a little like
Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988)
"You gotta punch the clock, why don't you punch your boss?"
