The mush comes more when they're in your mouth and chewing them. I just don't like the texture. I even bought a can of Heinz "British style" beans to see if it would make a difference but no.
Anyway, these days no food is appealing and I'm really getting tired of it.

I’ve never had baked beans that are mushy. They are always very firm for me. I’m not into mushy foods either but Heinz baked beans are not like that.

Yeah… canned beans ain't great…but you getcha some actual baked beans at a bbq joint and you might think differently…but maybe not

I've tried baked beans from a can because it's cheap protein but couldn't get past the mushy texture. Refried beans is another no no.

Probably you just haven't had good ones. Get ya some burt ends up in there!

Coming from someone who doesn't like beans this sounds awful.
