Oh, this is an easy one. Over at a friend's one night, the same friend I spoke about in my other case posted here, watched movie I also chose to ignore, so didn't VCR it.
This guy was doping girls, drugging them, injections, then having his way with them, oh the hateful little bastard. Little guy Dwight Schultz, A-TEAM.
Cut and dried? No. Forgot title, and trying to get to content of Wikipedia Filmography Listing proved to be really, really sketchy for only possible contender A KILLER AMONG US. Last time I checked, fairly recently, still that way. And I am not going to buy yet another movie on speculation alone, bad idea.
Is A KILLER AMONG US, I think it's a 1990 TV-movie with Jasmine Guy, the movie I am looking for? If not, which movie is it?
And if it's not Dwight Schultz, it really looked like him.
P.S. What a nasty little creep!

My friend Star-Core! Okay, while it definitely isn't PERFECT VICTIMS/HIDDEN RAGE, your help was once again of great assistance, (1) you've eliminated A KILLER AMONG US (whew, dodged a bullet there) and (2) confirmed my suspicion that it wasn't Dwight Schultz.
I haven't seen this PERFECT VICTIMS, but this character sounds brutal. The one I'm talking about went about quietly, insignificantly, his injections weren't the type you use on animals, the way it is described here on IMDb.
Ah well, back to the drawing board on this one.

That's not nearly as easy as you suggest, without a full plot description. I suspect the actor may not be Schultz. A KILLER AMONG US is a court/jury type of film.
Could it be
Perfect Victims (1988)
? Features a scumbag who drugs women and rapes them. The actor may look a little like a younger Schultz. The full film is on Youtube, but you're the one guy who can't get that on his blackberry right?
Go ahead and look. I hope you like what you see!
