And you know what the funny thing was? The motherfuck DIED instantly upon splashing down. The cup was within arms reach of me while i was gaming and the fly kept on landing on the outside of the cup at first, I kept batting it away and it was during one of these bats that it flew up and then just dunked it's self in.
There must have been only 2 literal seconds between the fly splashing down and me reaching the cup to investigate as like i said it was within arms reach and it was just lifeless in the brown liquid. I have seen spiders fall in cups before and they try and swim but this fly was just still as ****.
It was not a piping hot cup if tea by any means, it was made about 20 minutes previously.
Whats up with that? Do not get me wrong, any thing that gets between an Englishman and his brew deserves death, I am glad it perished.

How big was the fly?
If it's a tiny one I usually scoop them out and carry on with the brew.

I've seen a few tarantulas too of late, I just let them get on with whatever they were doing or I do the piece of paper under a glass trick and pop them outside. I don't kill them ever.
