<p dir="auto">You can tell from the presence of Beelivery that there is a big market for food delivery services 24/7. The Government ought to facilitate start ups in this market. Even Dominos pizza does not deliver 24/7, but there are probably tons of people who would want to buy a pizza through the early hours. Think of all the people who are currently unemployed with not much hope of getting work. Many of these could be employed as delivery riders and drivers.<br />
