So I drank 4 cans of cider to get rid of some bloating, and then ate two lots of chips with melted cheese instead of one. Now I have a massive stomache ache. I also drank one strong coffee after I finished the cider. But I am not going to have another one now because coffee can make your heart beat go faster, and that is not a good idea if I am bloated again. I think that tea won't make any difference, so I am opting for water.
Cider like apple juice or apple wine? 🧃​​​​
