<p dir="auto">It is said that food makes the world go around, and it does. From junk food to game we love what we eat, or I do anyway. I used to cook only with a microwave oven, for 16 years that is all I had. But now I no longer have one, and I cook all my food on the cooker hob in one pot. Yes, the meat goes in with the potatos and veg. Someone said, on Life Below Zero, that the nutrients are all in the fat. So I don't mind that the fat comes off in the water and mixes into the other items.<br />
