smokey<br />
. It was the first time I grilled in a very long time. I didn't think it would taste that good.<br />
I have a small Weber charcoal grill. I got a feeling I'll be using it a lot this summer. <p dir="auto">Fish on the grill is the way that I like it best!  Gets nice and charred outside and any strong fishy taste is usually tempered by the char flavor.</p>

<p dir="auto">Never in a broiler for steak.  I usually pan fry them for a couple minutes on each side and then put them in the oven at 500°F for like 5 minutes.  Not as good as on the grill though.</p>
