Its an uncooked pig thigh that hangs by the bone upside down in some italian guy's cellar with a bunch of salt and chemicals on it.
Does anyone else find this disturbing?
I saw a bunch of meat shops in Spain with all these pig legs dangling in the window when i was there.

I read an article about prosciutto being made and just thought, “damn, people wait two years just to eat uncooked pig legs”.
You just don’t like the uncomfortable truth about where your food comes from. (Hint: it involves the wholesale slaughter of live animals just so you can eat a burger and McNuggets. Shablam, bitch!)

AJ, Imelda or whatever..You must be the most annoying person to have dinner with. I can just imagine how uncomfortable going out to eat with you would be. All you would do is gripe about meat the entire time.
You sound like someone who doesn't even like food.
