I tried to get on last night to answer your question and I just couldn't log in.
He's been working hard in rehab and is actually getting out of the center next week. I'm so glad. He said to thank all of you for thinking of him. While he doesn't post here, he knows all about each one of my friends here on Imdb. He too is sad the boards are closing and wishes you all well.

I love the fact that they 'forgot' to disable the "But if you are seeing this again, please report it here." link.yeah, just click on that baby and there's absolutely no question they'll RUSH and get right on it !!!

Yes, I've seen it many times. My guess is that the "traffic" is just overwhelming, given the last few days.
In most cases, when I've clicked on it again, it's worked.

That's probably it. I remember it happened a lot some time ago when there was huge traffic on the season finale of
The Walking Dead
or
Game of Thrones
or some really popular show. The boards were brought to a near standstill. I figure the imminent closure of the boards is the reason for the recent high traffic volumes
