These replies have made me really hungry!!
It's now Tuesday evening here in Sydney.
I'm tired and hungry-hungry-hippo, mostly due to being a bundle of nerves about the election.
I'm going to have a standard weeknight supper of light hummus on 2 wholemeal wraps, some canned pineapple on the side and a few sugarless wholemeal digestive cookies for dessert.
Not the most possible healthy choice as it's a bit carb-heavy, but I'm a nervous wreck & need the serotonin from the carbs tonight.

I got a bento box to go from a Japanese fast food joint - bulgogi beef, two pieces of shrimp tempura, a chicken wing, salad, and white rice.

Our car stalled out earlier, so we just ran to Trader Joe's to get some of their wraps. Not the healthiest dinner on Earth, but they really come in handy in a pinch!
