OMG I have several of those, Boing!
They're fun to read, and I like that they are alphabetical.
I do agree some things are great, others kinda odd
I want to get the entire set, but I am warya relative had ordered the whole set from amazon independent sellers.and the books reeked of 'damp'. Big time.
I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
Penfold, shush.

Now that you mention it, I think I did!
A memory is hovering beneath the surface lol.
It seemed like they came in vanilla & chocolate?
If my memory is accurate, I liked them a lot & was (like you!) ALSO in awe of such a thing.
I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.

Did anyone eat Micro Magic?
This is what my brother would "cook" for me when I was like 5 and our parents weren't home. You actually microwaved a milkshake. My mind exploded at that concept.

The books themselves are neat. The pictures are so strange. If these books weren't sentimental to me I would totally give them to you.
I found the set I have, 1966. I figured the fifties but then again there's a lot of gelatine recipes which I suppose was the mid 60s. I'm an eighties baby and they were old when I was a kid.
