It seems so funny that Americans are said to be so unhealthy. When you watch like these health videos on YouTube, they tell you how much you need to do like things and I found a simple one eating an apple. That makes the orange sound like maybe not the answer. So the Apple can prevent cancer, diabetes, problems with your heart, and more. So the funny thing was, they kept pushing these healthy things on you on YouTube. I’m guessing they drink a lot of coffee and have dessert that taste kinda good regularly. Well, many people have chocolate chip cookies at the grocery store for my day.So like when they say so many people aren’t really doing these healthy things they claim to do like I mean, I know a lot of people secretly are and act like maybe people aren’t doing it so much but like some people really aren’t. And a lot of times like I even thought maybe it was normal to feed a two-year-old in England McDonald’s every breakfast and like only eat that kind of stuff mostly. It looks OK they kinda look agitated like me and had a lot of calorie intake maybe. I’m sure the US would be much uglier. Anyway, I know people are really eating a lot of bulk of these things even if they like might sigh and finally eat their vegetables or be hungry enough enough of an appetite to eat a little bit of it later. The only thing I tried to tell people, but not boring. Was that once you start eating this variety of vegetables like in one meal like maybe something like supper like something like I’ve had like lima beans, Broccoli, corn, and more each supper like not only do I eat like three plates of white rice then maybe not maybe full dinner plates of it but part of it at least with the chicken was I always wanted to see more and more of the vegetables of each kind. And they were good because they were not only fresh but had salt and pepper and a little butter too, which I haven’t been doing lately and I should for strength and maybe some of them had garlic and then later we had other things but maybe not much else. But we did have a lot of it like a lot of garlic and enough pepper. And it wasn’t really so deficient in salt. Which is also good for strength. So I mean I don’t know what you think is normal but you like gorge down salads randomly and like it’s OK but it seems like some people are really showing off like in Orlando I saw two instructors gorging down like huge like buckets of salad and one of them was diabetic. I think a lot of diabetics have sugar-free snacks and stuff and probably coffee. But they do kind of seem like Saints and they’re eating. All I know is I exercise so my life is pretty normal. I’m going for rehearsal too. I don’t know if I’ll make it though. I could just keep hoping. As the blood sugar goes down. As I do exercise a lot. Haven’t had money for a lot of food. So I mean I’m trying to say a lot of people eat a lot of this unhealthy food and probably not a lot of vegetables and so like maybe they just don’t get that you have to think the vegetables taste good with the right spices. I was trying to say if you eat like a lot of just vegetables in the end you’re gonna be unhappy. Because you have to eat a little bit of everything. That’s so obvious. I mean, I know about the cows, but people just aren’t like that. People are complaining about the energy. It takes to eat apples maybe if you bite into the whole one mostly. Which I used to do. So I’m trying to say I’m going on YouTube and there’s all these things like shouting at you to be like ultra healthy, but I found the apple landed in my lap and it was so simple and stuff and so stupid not to do it like it would prevent dying and stuff at the doctor. And I do one usually 12 or three times a day. I cut it up right away. I have some applesauce in case I run out on my budget right now. So I’m trying to say a lot of people like they’re not really eating McDonald’s every day but I know they’re doing something weird and like it said something like a lot of people would have diabetes more and more. So I would like wonder about what would the world be without more diabetics for instance. I think people do that. I don’t think they talk about that they do that much so openly. I don’t think they speak that at all much. Anyway. Like these people are eating like like so many people apparently aren’t eating that healthy. I even saw people making lunches for their kids and shouting at me and they think they’re kinda healthy but really a lot of it look like a lot of sugar for instance. I’m guessing they have some kind of snack at home. They must be really hungry for like fresh vegetables and like things you could do today. I mean once you eat peanut butter with raisins and celery or crackers or something you’re gonna be hungry for like some vegetables. You’re probably just putting it off and like vibrating and shaking off a lot of energy. There’s nothing wrong with eating a lot of things that taste good like Two hamburgers every week and one supper, well you get the
